Relevant Leadership Academy (RLA) is a leadership education and training program that has a mission to equip church leaders and Christian organizations to develop their leadership and organizations in a relevant manner and be able to apply ideas and inspiration in a practical, measurable and monitored manner so as to produce a more real transformational impact.
Principles of God's Word
With the principles of the truth of God's Word communicated and applied relevantly, we believe leaders will produce a greater and more real transformational impact. In other words, leaders can realize the vision that God has entrusted effectively and efficiently.
Relevant Godly Leaders
The leadership profile to be built through the Relevant Leadership Academy is a leader with Christ-like character, local culture, and world-class competence (firm in vision, but flexible in strategy). The available programs are aimed at Pastors, Deputy Pastors, mid-level leaders (who have authority in decision-making), and cadres of leaders who are being prepared (leaders of the next generation).
Relevant Leadership Academy (RLA) is under the auspices of the Wahana Generasi Bintang Foundation which is affiliated with the Jakarta Praise Community Church (JPCC).
