Discipleship is Relationship.
One way to help others know and experience God is by building relationships and modeling life. The church can be present to help the congregation know God more deeply through small groups. For this, appropriate learning and methods are needed to be able to build and facilitate small groups that are expected to help change lives and the birth of new disciples.

In this workshop, you will be equipped to lead & build teams effectively, building the skills and capacity of each volunteer who acts as an usher, greeter, or hospitality team in a Welcome Ministry. You will also learn about the leadership development system and how to recruit the right new volunteers in the area.
