Lead The Young: Next-Gen Strategy

Lead The Young is a workshop to equip Christian leaders in developing intergenerational synergistic leadership strategies.

Lead The Young this year will focus on holistic family discipleship strategies, in order to empower all family members to work together to build generations. The church is a partner to the family.


In the context of nation and state, we believe that God has given Christian leaders the responsibility to jointly participate in the development of the Golden Generation of Indonesia 2045.

Strong generations and families form a strong nation and country!



Through the "Lead the Young: Next-Gen Strategy" workshop, you will be equipped with a 5-part strategy for building a complete and effective ministry, as well as how to combine the strategy with practical steps in building the younger generation and their knowledge of Christ.


This workshop is specifically for church leaders and volunteers who currently serve in the field of children and youth ministry.
